摘要 目的探讨男性血液循环C1q/肿瘤坏死因子相关蛋白(CTRP)1水平与冠心病(CHD)之间的相关性。方法选取81例男性CHD患者和55例健康男性血液样本进行对照研究。收集基线资料,测量血脂、空腹血糖(FBG)和CTRP1等含量。结果与健康男性比较,患者体质量指数(BMI)、收缩压、FBG、血脂(TC和LDL-C)以及CTRP1水平明显升高,脂联素水平降低(均P<0.05)。血浆CTRP1与BMI、收缩压、FBG以及血脂(TC和LDL-C)呈正相关(P<0.05),与脂联素呈负相关(P<0.05)。Logistic回归分析发现,CTRP1是男性CHD的风险因子(OR=1.347,P<0.05)。结论血浆CTRP1水平升高可能成为评估男性CHD的新型指标,对评估男性心血管疾病的风险具有一定的价值。 Objective To investigate the correlation between circulating Clq/tumor necrosis factor-related protein (CTRP) 1 level in blood and prevalence of coronary heart disease(CHD) in male. Methods A total of 81 male patients with CHD and 55 male healthy controls at the same time were selected in this study. The baseline data were collected, and the levels of blood lipid, fasting blood glucose(FBG) and CTRP1 were measured. Results Compared with healthy controls, the body mass index(BMI) , systolic blood pressure, FBG, blood lipid levels (TC and LDL-C) and CTRP1 were significantly increased in CHD patients, while adiponeetin was significantly decreased(P 〈0. 05 ). Plasma CTRP1 levels were positively correlated with BMI, systolic blood pressure, FBG and serum lipids( TC and LDL-C) and negatively correlated with adiponeetin (all P 〈 0. 05 ). Logistic regression analysis displayed that CTRP1 was a risk factor for CHD ( OR = 1. 347, P 〈 0. 05 ). Conclusion Increased circulating plasma CTRP1 might be used as a new biological marker for male CHD, which has a certain value to assess the risk of male cardiovascular diseases.
