摘要
基于扎根理论,通过对福建师范大学2013级至2016级图书馆学专业本科生转专业原因进行深度探析,发现本科生转专业的原因包括内在原因和外在原因,并与当前社会观念的变迁有很大关系,也和我国对图书馆发展的重视程度依然不够、图书馆学教育在正确的专业意识的引导上存在不足有关。结合图书馆学教育和图书馆职业发展现状,提出提高图书馆学专业学生专业认同感的对策,以缓解图书馆学专业人才流失和图书馆学专业人才的职业背离,并为图书馆学专业人才培养提供一定的参考。
Based on the grounded theory, this paper explores the profound reason for the major--changed of un- dergraduate students majoring in library science of Fuiian Normal University from grade 2013 to grade 2016, finds out that there are immanent causes and external causes. The cause involves the change of current social concept, the insufficient attention degree to the development of library, and the lack in professional guidance on education. It puts forward some advisable suggestions on improving the professional identity of undergraduate students majoring in library science, in order to alleviate the wor- rying outflow of library science professionals and occupational deviation with analysis of the current sit- uation of library science education and the development of library career, which also provides references for the cultivation of library science professionals.
