摘要
锦丰金矿岩体属软弱破碎岩体,井下巷道支护难度大,通过调研和试验,选择采用树脂锚杆+湿喷混凝土的支护方式。开展以尾砂为骨料的湿喷混凝土技术研究,解决了锦丰金矿在制备喷射混凝土时因人工砂质量差,混凝土性能不能满足井巷支护要求的问题。工程实践表明:以尾砂为骨料的湿喷混凝土支护可以大大降低井巷衬砌结构尺寸,增强井巷的整体性能,改善井巷的安全性。采用尾砂代替人工砂,可以最大限度地利用尾矿资源,缓解尾矿库库容压力,并减少对环境的污染和资源的浪费。
The rock mass in Jinfeng Gold Mine is vulnerable and broken,so underground roadway support is difficult to carry out. In light of that,based on survey and experiments,the paper chose resin bolt + wet shotcrete for support and carried out research on technique of tailings based shotcrete. The technique solved the problem that the concrete performance fails to meet roadway support requirements due to poor artificial sand quality in Jinfeng Gold Mine.Engineering practice showed that tailings based shotcrete can greatly reduced the size of the lining structure in roadways,enhanced the overall performance of roadways and improved the safety of roadways. The replacement of artificial sand by tailings can make full use of tailings,mitigate pressure imposed on capacity of tailing storage facility,and minimize environment pollution and waste of resources.
