摘要
政府供给、市场供给、社会供给是公共体育服务的三种方式,构建相互协调、共同发展的多元供给方式是主流趋势。当前,公共体育服务错位发展与布局现象严重,供给主体单一与能力孱弱,运行管理的制度性缺失,不同场域间结构性矛盾显现,造成我国公共体育服务事业的发展滞后。需要完善相关法律制度,引入多元主体竞争机制、市场化运行机制与社会化管理机制。
Government supply,market supply and social supply are the three ways of public sports service,and it is the mainstream trend to build a multi-level supply mode of mutual coordination and common development. At present,the development of public sports service dislocation and layout is serious,the supply subject is single and the ability is weak,the institutional lack of operation management,structural contradiction between different fields,due to the development of public sports service in our country lags behind. We need to improve the relevant legal system,introduce the competition mechanism of multi-agent,market operation mechanism and socialization management mechanism.
