生猪养殖场户参与猪肉可追溯体系的行为与意愿分析——基于北京市6个区养殖场户的问卷数据 被引量:4

摘要 利用北京市6个区183份生猪养殖场户问卷调查数据,研究生猪养殖场户参与猪肉可追溯体系的行为与意愿,并运用有序Logistic实证分析生猪养殖场户参与猪肉可追溯体系意愿的影响因素。研究发现:生猪耳标佩戴、档案建立、检疫合格证获取等关系猪肉溯源实现的基础性工作开展较好;养猪场户对猪肉可追溯体系的认知水平整体较高,65.03%的养猪场户知道猪肉可追溯体系;信息强化之后,养猪场户参与猪肉可追溯体系的意愿程度较高,84.66%的养猪场户愿意参与猪肉可追溯体系;生猪销售、时间精力、养殖监控、政府号召、收购商要求、追溯认知、年龄、养殖年限、养殖规模显著影响养猪场户参与猪肉可追溯体系的意愿。从加大猪肉可追溯体系宣传力度、鼓励支持生猪规模化和标准化养殖、大力扶持和落实动物标识责任制和基层档案制等方面提出具体建议。 The paper studies the pig farmers' behavior and intention of participating in pork traceability system based on the data of 183 questionnaires collected in 6 districts of Beijing.Besides,the ordinal logistic model is employed to empirically analyze factors influencing pig farmers' behavior and intention of participating in the pork traceability system.The research results show that the basic works related to implementation of pork traceability werewell promoted,such as pig ear tag wear,file establishment,quarantine certificate obtain;pig farmers had a relatively high understanding of the pork traceability system on the whole.In fact,65.03% pig farmers were well informed about the system.After the information was strengthened,they became more willing to participate in the system.84.66% respondents expressed their willingness to join in the pork traceability system.Factors including pig sales,time and energy,aquaculture monitoring,the government's call,the acquisition requirements,retroactive recognition,age,length of breeding,and breeding scale significantly affect the willingness of pig farmers to participate in pork traceability system.Lastly,specific suggestions are proposed including strengthening publicity of the pork traceability system,encouraging and supporting large-scale and standardized pig farms,and supporting and implementing animal logo responsibility system and grassroots file system.
