医院党支部是党在基层的各项政策的宣传者,承担着推动医院科学化发展的重要任务,医学图书馆是建设学习型医院的窗口和保障。医学图书馆利用新媒体技术提升基层党建工作的效力,对促进党支部工作更好地服务医院科学化发展具有重要意义。
The Party Branch of the hospital is the propagator of the Party's policies at the grass roots,undertaking the important task of promoting the scientific development of the hospital. The Hospital Library is the window and guarantee for building a hospital of learning type. It is of great significance for the Hospital Library to improve the effectiveness of party construction at grass-roots level by utilizing new media technology and promote the development of Party Branch to better serve the hospital's scientific development.
