摘要
目的对比纳米银洗液与伤科黄水联合VSD治疗下肢感染创面的治疗疗效。方法选择本院2016年4月—2017年4月收治的下肢感染创面患者96例,按照随机方式,分为A组、B组和C组,每组32例,A组采用纳米银洗液联合VSD治疗,B组采用伤科黄水联合VSD治疗,C组给予常规VSD治疗,观察换药次数、住院时间、创面愈合时间、感染控制时间、局部成纤维细胞生长因子(FGF)、白介素-1(IL-1)水平,对比治疗1d、治疗3d、治疗7d时疼痛评分。结果 A组、B组换药次数、住院时间、创面愈合时间、感染控制时间,治疗1d、治疗3d、治疗7d时疼痛评分,IL-1表达分级、阳性细胞数量均低于C组,且A组低于B组;A组、B组局部FGF表达分级及阳性细胞数高于C组,且A组高于B组,差异显著(P<0.05)。结论 VSD联合纳米银洗液冲洗治疗下肢感染创面疗效较好,可促使患者创面尽早痊愈,值得临床推广。
Objective To compare the effects of nano silver and yellow lotion combined with VSD in the treatment of infection of lower extremity wounds in the Department of Traumatology. Methods 96 patients with lower extremity wound infection in our hospital were chosen from April 2016 to April 2017,and were randomly assigned to group A,B and C,with 32 cases in each group. Patients in group A received nano silver lotion combined with VSD treatment,group B with yellow lotion combined with VSD and group C with conventional VSD. The groups were compared in terms of dressing change duration,hospital stays,wound healing time,infection control time,level of local fibroblast growth factor( FGF) and interleukin-1( IL-1),comparing the pain scores of treatment for days 1,3 and 7. Results Dressing change times,hospital stays,wound healing time,infection control time,pain scores of treatment for 1 d,3 d and 7 d,IL-1 expression grade,the number of positive cells of group A and group B,were lower than those of group C and those of group A were lower than those of group B. FGF local expression classification and the number positive cells in group A and B were higher than those of group C,and those of group A was higher than those of group B with a significant difference( P < 0. 05). Conclusion Curative effect is better than VSD combined with nano silver lotion rinse for treating lower limb infection wound infection,which can improve the patient's wound healing,worth clinical promotion.
