摘要
为研究亚热带红壤丘陵区小流域土地利用类型对土壤质量的影响,采集了江西省瑞金市万田乡小流域内5种土地利用类型土壤,分别研究其化学和微生物活性(微生物生物量碳C_(mic)、微生物生物量氮N_(mic)、呼吸商q_(CO_2)、微生物商q_M和基础呼吸BR)等指标。结果表明:土地利用方式显著影响土壤微生物活性,其中C_(mic)和N_(mic)变化趋势相似,撂荒地的最高,其均值分别为277.1和53.25 mg/kg;旱地农田最低,其值分别为90.31和20.05 mg/kg。BR最高的为撂荒地,均值为0.93μg CO_2-C·g^(-1)·h^(-1);旱地农田最小,为0.58μg CO_2-C·g^(-1)·h^(-1)。q_(CO_2)与q_M表现出相反变化趋势,旱地农田q_(CO_2)最高,撂荒地最小;撂荒地q_M最高。相关分析结果显示C_(mic)和N_(mic)与土壤有机碳及全氮均呈显著正相关(P<0.05),表明红壤丘陵地区撂荒地和次生林地维持着较高土壤质量,而旱地红壤质量相对较差。
Comprehensive management of land in small watershed is very important in our country,the land use patters affects soil quality change,and soil microbial activities are important factors in soil quality. In order to reveal that the effects of land use types on siol quality in low hilly red soil area,we determined soil chemical and microbial activities( including microbial biomass carbon( C_(mic)),microbial biomass nitrogen( N_(mic)),respiratory quotient( q_(CO_2)),microbial quotient( q_M),soil basal respiration( BR)) factors in five types land in Ruijin,Jiangxi province. The results showed that land use patterns significantly affected soil microbial activity in low hilly red soil region,and C_(mic)and N_(mic)were highest in abandoned land,the values were 277. 1 mg/kg and 53. 25 mg/kg,respectively. But the lowest values in dry farmland were 90. 31 mg/kg and 20. 05 mg/kg,respectively. BR has the highest value in abandoned land,the value was 0. 93 μg CO_2-C·g^(-1)·h^(-1),but the lowest was 0. 58 μg CO_2-C·g^(-1)·h^(-1) in dry farmland. q_(CO_2) and q_Malso showed significant difference in different land use types,but q_(CO_2) was lowest in dry land and highest in abandoned land. The value of q_Mwas high in abandoned land. The results of correlation analysis showed that soil microbial biomass under different land use had significantly positive correlation with soil organic carbon and total nitrogen( P 0. 05). It showed that the abandoned land and secondary forest soils maintained better quality than other land use patters,and the soil quality of dry farmland was the worst.
