摘要
目的α-硫辛酸联合依帕司他治疗糖尿病痛性神经病变(PDN)的临床效果。方法选取2015年2月~2016年11月本院30例糖尿病痛性神经病变(PDN)患者,并将糖尿病痛性神经病变(PDN)患者随机分为两组,对照组实施α-硫辛酸治疗,观察组实施α-硫辛酸联合依帕司他治疗。结果观察组MNSI足部检查评分(5.20±0.90)分、足部压力觉异常点数(14.01±2.21)个优于对照组患者(P<0.05),观察组糖尿病痛性神经病变(PDN)患者总有效率93.33%高于对照组患者(P<0.05)。结论α-硫辛酸联合依帕司他治疗糖尿病痛性神经病变(PDN)具有显著的应用效果,值得应用。
Objective To study the clinical effect of α-lipoic acid combined with epalrestat in the treatment of diabetic neuropathy(PDN).Methods 30 patients with diabetic neuropathy(PDN) were enrolled in our hospital from February 2015 to November 2016, and patients with diabetic neuropathy(PDN) were randomly divided into two groups. Group treated with α-lipoic acid, the observation group to implement α-lipoic acid combined with epalrestat treatment. Results The MNSI foot examination score(5.20 ± 0.90) and foot pressure sense abnormal points(14.01 ± 2.21) in the observation group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05), and the total effective rate in the observation group was 93.33% higher than that in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion α-lipoic acid combined with epalrestat treatment of diabetic neuropathy(PDN) has a significant effect, it is worth applying.
