摘要
为推动工业锅炉有效地节能减排,项目组开发工业锅炉远程在线监测系统。系统运用传感和互联网技术,通过对锅炉系统不同部位安装各型传感器,将锅炉实时运行数据采集、编码、并传送至远程管理系统。根据采集数据,系统进一步分析并评价被测锅炉安全及能效指标,并将反馈结果以视频、电话、短信或现场诊断等方式传递给锅炉运行人员,并指导其开展有针对性优化运行。该系统已在杭州完成53台在用工业锅炉远程监测示点,取得良好的社会效益和节能效果。该系统将在工业锅炉管理节能、技术改造和云数据共享方面应用广阔。
In order to promote the energy saving and emission reduction of industrial boilers effectively,a remote on-line monitoring system for industrial boilers was developed. The system installs the sensors in different parts of the boiler system through the sensors and Internet technology and the boiler's real-time operation data is collected,encoded and transmitted to the remote management system. According to the data acquisition,the system further analysis and evaluation safety and energy efficiency index of the measured boiler. The system can feedback results transfer to video,telephone,SMS or on-site diagnosis to boiler operators and guide them to carry out the targeted optimization operation. At present,the system has already completed 53 remote monitoring points for industrial boilers in Hangzhou and achieved good social and energy-saving effects. The system will be widely used in industrial boiler management energy saving,technical transformation and cloud data sharing.
