摘要
目的:探讨结直肠癌造口术后患者的日常自我护理能力与个体因素的相关性,为提高患者自我管理能力而采取护理干预措施提供理论依据。方法:选取2017年6月~2017年8月在我院普外科因直结肠癌行造口术或术后再次就诊的门诊或住院患者88例,采用自我护理能力测定量表(ESCA)对患者进行自我护理能力评估,并采集个体资料,所得数据用SPSS20.0统计学软件包分析其相关性。结果:88例患者中有36例(40.91%)处于差水平状态,日常自我护理能力总分为(97.40±7.18)分,为总分值的56.62%,处于中等水平,其中4个维度中的自护责任感、自我概念两项得分最低;不同年龄、性别、婚姻状态、职业、文化程度、家庭收入、造口时限等7个单因子对自我护理能力影响的比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:结直肠癌造口术后患者的日常自我护理能力有待提高,尤其注重提升患者的自我责任感和自我概念,对不同个体采取灵活的护理方法,帮助患者提高自我护理能力。
Objective: To explore the relevance between colorectal cancer patients' daily self-care after stoma operation and individual factor,and to promote patients' self-management ability and further to provide theoretical basis for nursing intervention. Methods: To select 88 cases of colorectal patients of stoma operation or re-treatment or staying in hospital cured in our department of general surgery from June 2017 to August 2017. Estimate patients' self-care ability according to exercise of self-care agency scale( ESCA) and collect individual information,then apply SPSS20. 0 statics software package to analyze the data and their relevance. Results: The 36 cases of 88 patients( 40. 91%) were in poor state,score of daily self-care ability was( 97. 40 ±7. 18),accounting for 56. 62% of total scores,which was in medium level. Scores of self-care responsibility and self-concept were the lowest in the four dimensions. Compare influence of the seven single factor of different age,gender,marriage state,occupation,education degree,family income and stoma duration on patients' daily self-care ability,and the difference was statistically significant( P < 0. 05). Conclusion: It is necessary to promote self-care ability of colorectal cancer patients after stoma operation,especially to improve patients' self-care responsibility and self-concept,and apply flexible nursing methods for different individuals to help patients improve their self-care ability.
