摘要
目的:探讨益骨汤对肾虚兼气血不足型骨质疏松症的临床疗效。方法:选取2015年6月-2016年6月我院收治的骨质疏松症患者72例,按入院顺序,单号36例为对照组,口服维生素D加钙片,双号36例为观察组,服用益骨汤,均治疗6个月,比较两组治疗效果。结果:观察组治疗后BDM值高于对照组(P<0.05),观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:肾虚兼气血不足型骨质疏松症患者采取益骨汤治疗效果显著,改善患者临床症状。
Objective：To explore the clinical effect of the Yigu decoction on osteoporosis of the Shenxu Jian Qixue Buzu type.Methods：72 patients with osteoporosis were enrolled in our hospital from June 2015 to June 2016.The control group received Vitamin D plus calcium tablets;the observation group took the Yigu decoction more,for 6 months.Results：The BDM and total efficiency in the observation group were better than the control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：The Yigu decoction on osteoporosis of the Shenxu Jian Qixue Buzu type was effective,and can improve the clinical symptoms.
