摘要
目的:分析无缝隙护理管理模式在中医内科急危重症患者的应用。方法:选取我院从2015年4月-2017年8月收治64例中医内科急危重症患者,对照组患者给予常规护理,试验组患者给予无缝隙护理管理模式,比较两组患者的临床效果。结果:试验组非常满意是62.5%,基本满意是18.8%,满意是15.6%,总满意率是96.9%,对照组非常满意是34.4%,基本满意是15.6%,满意是12.5%,总满意率是62.5%,两组数据具有差异性(P<0.05)。结论:给予患者进行无缝隙护理管理治疗,可以护理满意度,值得在临床上进行推广使用。
Objective: To analyze the application of seamless nursing management mode in patients with acute and severe diseases in Chinese internal medicine. Methods: 64 cases of patients with acute and severe diseases in Chinese internal medicine treated in our hospital from April 2015 to August 2017 were selected and divided into two groups, patients in the control group were given routine nursing, the experimental group was given the seamless nursing management model, the clinical effect in two groups was compared. Results: In the experimental group, the extreme satisfaction rate was 62.5%, the basic satisfaction rate was 18.8%, the satisfaction rate was 15.6%, the total satisfaction rate was 96.9%, and those in the control group was 34.4%, 15.6%, 12.5% and 62.5% respectively, the difference in two groups of data was statistical significance(P<0.05). Conclusion: The seamless nursing management mode in patients with acute and severe diseases could improve the nursing satisfaction, and was worth clinical popularizing.
