接轨“时尚纺织”的纺织品设计人才培养改革与实践 被引量:7

摘要 在传统纺织产业向"时尚产业"转型升级的背景下,培养符合时尚产业发展需求的纺织品设计人才是当前纺织教育的迫切要求。针对当前纺织品设计人才培养与产业发展脱节的问题,以服务"纺织产品链"创新为基础,创建起"纺织品+时尚"为理念的人才培养模式,构建起"二段进阶型"路径。以"时尚任务"驱动为要求重构课程体系,实施"积极课堂"教学模式;整合校内外优质实践教学资源,建立"双跨界"教学团队及促进机制;拓展学生国际视野,搭建国际化教学环境和平台,来培养具有纺织品创意创新设计能力和引领时尚消费的纺织品设计人才。 It is urgent for the current textile education to train textile design talents conforming to therequirements of fashion under th e b a c k g ro u n d o f tran s fo rm a t io n an d upgrading oftraditional textile n d u s t ry to " fashion n d u s t ry ". In view of the issues of discontextile design talent training and the development of the n d u s t r y ,based on serving "textile product chain" innovation, a new talent training mode following the idea of " textile + fashion" is cre a ted, and the " two-stage combination" route is built up. Moreover, the curriculum system is reconstructed to meet therequirements of "fashion task dr ive"; "active classroom" teaching mode is carried o u t; quality teaching resources inside and outside the school are in teg ra ted ; "double crossover" teaching team and its promoting mechanism are es tab lish ed ; students ' international vision is expanded and international teachingenvironment and platform are set up. As a r e su l t, the textile design talents owning the ability of textileoriginality and innovation design and leading the fashion consumption are cultivated.
