摘要
通过室内试验研究了掺加抗车辙剂的沥青混合料路用性能。结果表明,掺加车辙剂的沥青混合料具有很强的抗变形能力,显著提高基质沥青的高温稳定性;低温性能随掺量的增加先增大后减小,在0.3%~0.5%掺量范围有最佳低温性能;车辙剂对提高混合料抗水损能力有积极作用,在0.3%~0.5%掺量范围有最佳水温性能;考虑工程实际及经济原则,建议抗车辙剂最佳掺量在0.3%~0.5%之间。
The highway performance of the asphalt mixture with the addition of anti-rutting agent was studied by a laboratory test. The results show that the asphalt mixture with the addition of the rutting king has a better resistance to rutting deformation,and additionally,its high temperature stability has a remarkable improvement;the low temperature performance increases first and then decreases with the increase of the agent content. The low temperature performance is best when the content of the rutting king is from 0.3% to 0.5%. The addition of rutting king agent has a positive effect on the anti-water damage ability of the mixture and water stability of the asphalt mixture is best when the content of the rutting king is from 0.3 to 0.5%. Considering engineering application and the economic efficiency,the optimum dosage of anti-rutting agent is about 0.3% ~ 0.5%.
