摘要
利用平衡计分卡原理对珠三角地区以工科为特色的4所公办高职院校绩效进行分析比较,发现教师质量及对地区贡献率两个指标对高职院校绩效水平影响较大,提出高职院校应注重高层次人才引进与培养、与地方经济互动发展的建议。
Based on the principle of Balanced Scorecard, this paper analyzed and compared the performance of four high vocational colleges with the characteristics of engineering in the Pearl River Delta region. It is found that the teacher quality and regional contribution rate have a great influence on the performance level of vocational colleges. Therefore, higher vocational colleges should pay attention to the introduction and cultivation of high-level talents, and the development of local economic interaction.
