摘要
本科民办高校人才培养工程担负着为国家输送高素质应用型人才的重任,全面提高应用型人才的培养质量是本科民办高校长期以来努力和改革的方向。针对本科民办高校应用型人才培养质量评价的现状和所面临的问题,提出基于AHP模型的民办高校人才培养质量评价体系,并分析了各指标间的相对权重。研究表明:人才培养质量评价一级指标中,实践能力权重最大为:0.7766。在二级指标中,专业技术知识、社会适应能力和职业道德分别为:0.7838,0.5512,0.5183。
The personnel training project of undergraduate private colleges and universities shoulders the heavy responsibility of transferring high-quality applied talents. It is the long-term endeavor and reform direction for private undergraduate colleges and universities to raise the quality of applied talents comprehensively. Aiming at the current situation and problems of quality evaluation of applied talents training in undergraduate private colleges and universities, this paper puts forward an evaluation system based on AHP model and analyzes the relative weights among the indicators. The research shows that among the first-level indicators of quality evaluation of talent cultivation, the maximum of practical ability is 0.7766. In the secondary indicators, professional and technical knowledge, social adaptability and professional ethics are 0.7838,0.5512,0.5183.
