摘要
目的探讨尿毒症性周围神经病变患者行左卡尼汀+血液透析治疗的效果。方法采用数字随机法将方便选取的该院2015年1月—2017年2月收治的尿毒症性周围神经病变患者106例分为对照组与实验组各53例,分别给予单纯血液透析治疗、血液透析+左卡尼汀治疗,观察两组治疗效果,并检测两组感觉神经传导速度。结果 (1)实验组治疗总有效率94.34%显著高于对照组79.25%(P<0.05);(2)治疗后胫神经传导速度(43.12±3.86)m/s、正中神经传导速度(45.02±3.19)m/s、腓总神经传导速度(43.27±2.48)m/s均显著大于对照组(37.45±2.94)m/s、(39.17±2.85)m/s、(37.96±2.96)m/s(P<0.05)。结论在血液透析基础上,给予尿毒症性周围神经病变患者左卡尼汀静注治疗,可纠正感觉神经传导速度,缓解临床症状,值得借鉴。
Objective This paper tries to explore the effect of levocarnitine combined with hemodialysis treatment in patients with uremic peripheral neuropathy.Methods 106 cases of uremic peripheral neuropathy patients in this hospital from January 2015 to February 2017 were convenient selected and divided into the control group and the experimental group by using digital random method,with 53 cases in each group and were given pure blood dialysis and hemodialysis combined with levocarnitine treatment respectively,and then the treatment effect,sensory nerve conduction velocit of two groups were detected.Results（1）The effective rate in the experimental group was 94.34%,significantly higher than the control group of 79.25%（P〈0.05）;（2）After the treatment,the tibial nerve conduction velocity was（43.12 ±3.86）m/s,the median nerve conduction velocity was（45.02±3.19）m/s,sural total nerve conduction velocity was（43.27±2.48）m/s,significantly faster than the control group of（37.45±2.94）m/s,（39.17±2.85）m/s,（37.96±2.96）m/s（P〈0.05）.Conclusion On the basis of hemodialysis,the levocarnitine treatment for patients with uremic peripheral neuropathy can correct sensory nerve conduction velocity and relieve clinical symptoms,which is worth reference.
