摘要
本文分析了电力系统供配电应用场景下智能电子设备互联互通对通信管理设备的通信需求,针对其通信介质、通信协议多样化,且同时接入及转出多种协议的特点,提出了一种具备灵活通信接入及转出能力的通用型通信管理装置设计方案,给出了硬件设计方案和软件开发框架及接入/转出机理和软件模块功能设计。本文的研究成果在智能配用电设备智能化方面将发挥重要作用,同时对于了解智能电子设备的通信接入及转出机理具有参考价值。
The paper analyzes the communication requirements of communication management device in power transmission and distribution system,and proposes a design solution to general communication management device with flexible communication functions according to different communication media,protocol,etc.as well as the hardware design scheme and software development framework and communication mechanism.The research findings will lead to a great improvement in device intelligence of smart distribution power system,and also give some reference to those who has the requirement of understanding communication mechanism of IEDs.
