小儿支气管哮喘急性发作与肺炎支原体感染的相关性研究 被引量:6

摘要 目的探究小儿支气管哮喘急性发作与肺炎支原体感染的相关性。方法方便选择该院2013年1月—2017年4月收治的106例小儿支气管哮喘患儿,另选择同时期收治的100例上呼吸道感染患儿开展对照研究,分别标记为观察组和对照组,比较2组患儿的MP感染率、血清Ig E、EOS及肺功能相关指标。结果观察组患儿急性发作期MP感染阳性率为66.04%、血清Ig E(337.19±28.39)IU/m L、EOS(408.27±12.96)×106/L,各项指标均显著高于对照组患者(P<0.05);观察组患者急性期肺功能FEV1(1 032.55±97.23)m L、FEV1(62.09±4.84)%,肺功能指标均显著低于对照组患儿(P<0.05);经14 d连续治疗患儿症状缓解,106例观察组患儿MP感染率阳性率、血清Ig E、EOS及肺功能指标均得到改善,与急性期比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论小儿支气管哮喘患儿中肺炎支原体感染率显著升高且占有较高的比例,MP感染可对患儿的急性发生产生影响,在小儿支气管哮喘治疗中要积极控制MP感染,防止患儿哮喘反复发作,减轻患儿痛苦,提高临床治愈率。 Objective This paper tries to explore the relationship between acute exacerbation of bronchial asthma and mycoplasma pneumoniae infection in children. Methods 106 children with bronchial asthma enrolled in this hospital from January 2013 to April 2017 were convenient selected, and 100 children with upper respiratory tract infection were selected for the same period and were regarded as the observation group and the control group respectively. The MP infection rate,serum IgE, EOS and lung function were compared between the two groups. Results The positive rate of MP infection in the acute exacerbation of the observation group was 66.04%, serum IgE was(337.19±28.39)IU/mL, EOS was(408.27±12.96)×10^6/L, the indexes were significantly higher than those in the control group(P〈0.05); FEV1 was(1 032.55±97.23)mL in the observation group, and FEV1 accounted for(62.09±4.84)% and lung function index were significantly lower than the control group(P〈0.05). After 14 days treatment, the symptom of children was relieved. The positive rate of MP infection, serum Ig E,EOS and lung function were improved in 106 cases, and there was significant difference between the two groups(P〈0.05).Conclusion The infection rate of Mycoplasma pneumoniae in children with bronchial asthma is significantly higher than that with chronic bronchial asthma. MP infection can affect the acute occurrence of children. In children with bronchial asthma,MP infection should be actively controlled to prevent asthma recurrent, to reduce the suffering of children, and to improve the clinical cure rate.
