儿童呼吸道异物的临床诊断中联合应用CT多种重建技术的应用价值分析

摘要 目的分析联合应用CT多种重建技术在儿童呼吸道异物临床诊断中的应用价值。方法方便选择该院2014年2月—2017年6月接收的经支气管镜检查确诊的呼吸道异物患儿95例,均给予胸部CT平扫,并在扫描后联合CT多种重建技术重建,观察检查结果。结果 CT扫描并联合多种重建技术重建后,95例患儿中,检出内源性异物9例,检出率81.8%(9/11);检出外源性异物71例,检出率84.5%(71/84)。95例患儿中,异物位于下呼吸道86例,占90.5%;异物位于上呼吸道9例,占9.5%。经观察CT征象发现,并发肺气肿发生率33.7%(32/95);并发肺不张发生率25.3%(24/95);并发肺炎发生率15.8%(15/95)。结论临床诊断儿童呼吸道异物时,CT多种重建技术的联合应用可提高诊断准确率,利于患儿尽早接受治疗,并提升治疗效果。 Objective This paper tries to analyze the application value of multiple reconstruction techniques in the clinical diagnosis of foreign bodies in children's respiratory tract. Methods 95 cases of children with respiratory tract foreign bodies treated and confirmed by bronchoscope examination in this hospital from February 2014 to June 2017 were convenient selected, all of whom were given chest CT scan, and reconstructed by CT multiple reconstruction technology, and then the test results were observed. Results After CT scan and multiple reconstruction techniques, as for these 95 cases of children, 9 cases of endogenous foreign bodies were detected, and the detection rate was 81.8%(9/11). 71 cases of exogenous foreign bodies were detected, and the detection rate was 84.5%(71/84). Among 95 children, 86 cases' foreign body was located in of lower respiratory tract, accounting for 90.5%, and 9 cases in upper respiratory tract, accounting for 9.5%. By observing the CT image, the incidence of emphysema was 33.7%(32/95). The incidence of pulmonary atelectasis was 25.3%(24/95).The incidence of pneumonia was 15.8%(15/95). Conclusion The combined application of CT multiple reconstruction techniques can improve the diagnostic accuracy and improve the therapeutic effect of children when diagnosing the foreign body of respiratory.
