摘要
以硫酸、氢氧化钠、硝酸银为改性试剂,采用浸渍法对氧化铝进行改性,利用SEM对改性前后氧化铝微结构做了表征,通过全自动比表面分析仪对其比表面积、孔容、孔径做了测定。进一步探究了不同改性试剂、不同改性条件下,改性氧化铝吸附气体四氧化二氮的变化规律,并对氧化铝再生吸附性能做了研究。结果表明:改性后的氧化铝比表面积、孔容、孔径都发生了明显的变化;氢氧化钠改性后的氧化铝对四氧化二氮气体的吸附效果较好,当改性浓度为0.5 mol/L、改性时间为4 h时,吸附效果最佳,最大吸附量是未改性前的1.6倍;改性后氧化铝的第一次再生吸附量较好,可以恢复到原来的95%。
The alumina was modified by imm ersion method with H_2SO_4,NaOH and AgNO_3 as modified reagents.The microstructures of alumina modified before and after were characterized by SEM.The specific surface area,pore volume and pore size of the alumina were measured by automatic surface analyzer.The effects of different modified reagents on the adsorption of dinitrogen tetraoxide were investigated under different modification conditions,and the regenerative adsorption performance of alumina was also studied.The results showed that the specific surface area,pore volume and pore size of the modified alumina were obviously changed.The adsorption effect of the alumina modified by sodium hydroxide to the dinitrogen tetraoxide was better.When the modified concentration was 0.5 mol/L and the modification time was 2 h,the adsorption effect was the best,and the maximum adsorption capacity was 1.6 times before the unmodified.The first regeneration of the modified alumina was better,which can be restored to the 95% of its original state.
