摘要
针对高校建设工程项目负责人如何做好工程质量管理的问题,从发挥基建管理团队作用、熟悉法律法规、做好前期工作、加强工程现场管理等方面进行了阐述,有利于保证工程质量。
According to the problem of how the manager of college infrastructure project to do better in engineering quality management. Here from several aspects about the role of infrastructure management team,familiar with laws and regulations,pre-construction work and strengthen construction site management to discuss this problem,to ensure the quality of the project.
