摘要
目的回顾性分析2014年3月至2017年9月在我院经美容手术切除色素痣的486位患者临床资料,对手术治疗色素痣的经验进行总结。方法 486位色素痣患者分为四组:直接切除组(423例),分次切除组(30例),局部转移皮瓣组(50例),全厚皮片移植组(68例),其中8例采用扩张器注水治疗。术后采用整形科医师和患者双盲评价手术疗效。结果所有患者均完整切除色素痣,95%以上患者术后未见明显瘢痕增生或挛缩,皮肤色泽和弹性与正常皮肤接近,除植皮术后创缘有缝线痕迹外,余多取得满意效果。结论对皮肤色素痣患者行美容切除能够取得良好的治疗效果,手术根治率高,复发率低,美容效果显著,能很好的治愈疾病和改善患者的外观,在其他临床手术中亦值得广泛推广和使用。
Objective To analyze the clinical data of cosmetic pigmented nevus resection in 486 patients between March 2014 and September 2017 in our hospital and summarize its experience. Methods 486 patients with pigmented nevuses were classifed into four groups： 423 patients were treated with direct resection, 30 with fractional resection, 50 with local fap transplantation, and 68 with full-thickness skin graft, which uses expander injection treatment in 8 cases. To assess the efects of their treatment, double blind evaluation was operated with plastic surgeons and patients. Results All the patients have got completely treatment. More than 95% patients with no obvious scar hyperplasia or contracture. The found appeared almost normal color and good elasticity. Mostly achieved satisfactory results, only a few patients treated with the full-thickness skin graft remainded dim margines of stitches and incisions. Conclusion Cosmetic pigmented nevus resection can obtain the ideal therapeutic efect.It not only has high cure rate, but also has low recurrence rate, and the cosmetic effect is very signifcant. The appearance of the patients can be improved and optimized efectively. It is worthy of promotion and cilinical treatment.
