摘要 从安全管理的理论和实践出发,从隐患的识别、评价以及控制等方面入手,建立了基于"五环六步"防控模型的煤矿事故隐患防控技术体系,该体系中的识别子系统、评价子系统以及控制子系统分别对应"六步"中的排查、记录、汇报、整改、验收、考核等相应步骤,并制定了完备的实施步骤和管理方法。应用表明:该体系不仅可明显改善煤矿的安全管理水平和提高煤矿工人的安全意识,而且可以及时地发现事故隐患。 Starting from the theory and practice of safety management, from the risk identification, evaluation and control of the model is established based on the "five six step" prevention and control model of coal mine accident hidden trouble prevention and control system, the system identification subsystem the evaluation subsystem and control subsystem corresponding to the "six step" in the investigation, record, report, rectification, acceptance, evaluation steps and formulate the implementation steps and methods of management. The complete system showed that in the coal mine, it not only can improve the level of safety management of coal mine and improve coal mine The safety consciousness of the workers has a great effect on the more timely detection of the hidden dangers.
