文章以浙江省长兴县中医院二期综合楼建设项目为例,从厘清合作关系、充分发挥团队整体效能等方面详细阐述了代建工程中的实践体会。
The article takes the Phase II comprehensive building construction project of Changxing Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine in Zhejiang Province as an example, elaborates the practical experience in outsourcing construction project from the perspective of establishing a correct relationship and giving full play to the overall effectiveness.
