摘要
本文介绍了空调系统回热器的结构和原理,并通过台架试验和仿真模拟,研究不同因素对回热器的影响;利用整车环境试验验证表明,带回热器系统比原先系统的车内平均温度和出风口温度降低1℃~3℃,验证了其改善制冷性能的有效性。
ABSTRACT This paper introduces the structure and principal of internal heat exchanger, through bench test illustrate and simulation 9 the influence of different factors on internal heat exchanger was studied. The automotive air conditioning environment experiment shows that the average temperature in car and the average vent temperature of internal heat exchanger of a vehicle is about less 1℃ - 3 ℃ than that of a vehicle without internal heat exchanger. The effective of improving refrigeration performance was verificated.
