摘要
3D打印技术具有速度快、精度高、造价低的特点,可用来实现用户定制产品的设计的后期加工环节,从而满足用户的个性化需求。3D打印技术采用了配置设计与调整设计方法实现针对个性需求的产品设计与生产。因此,基于3D打印技术的用户定制产品设计,在产品功能与产品外观上实现了定制化创新。本文从不同环节的工作内容、环节之间的衔接以及具体实现方法等方面进行论述,给出了基于3D打印技术的用户定制产品设计路径。
3D printing technology is widely used to realize the design of customized products, which can meet the individualized needs of users, due to its features of fast production speed, high precision and low cost. Adopting the con?guration design and adjustment design method, 3D printing technology easily realizes product design and production of the individualized demand. Therefore, customized product design based on 3D printing technology has achieved customized innovation in product function and appearance. This paper presents the design path of customized products based on 3D printing technology, with discussion of process content, transition of each process and the implement method.
