摘要 随着经济和科技的发展,使得静坐少动成为大多数人工作、生活的主要方式。缺乏运动已经成为威胁人类健康的独立危险因素,其危险程度不亚于肥胖对健康的危害。目前,大众健身意识不断增强,参加体育锻炼的人数也不断增加,但锻炼的科学化水平还不高。通过文献资料发、调查法、测试等方法研究和构建适合黑龙江省大众健身特点的安全、有效的科学健身指导系统,从锻炼方式、时间、强度、频率、注意事项等方面制定相应的指导标准,保证不同人群的多层次健身需求,同时,进一步深化了科学健身的实践指导意义,不仅保证大众健身的安全性,更能凸显科学健身指导的技术水平和有效性,为进一步丰富科学健身方法体系提供技术保障。 With the development of economy and technology,the sedentary behavior has become a main way for most people to work and live. The lack of exercise has become an independent risk factor against the body health,which risk is no less than the harm of obesity to health. At present,the people's fitness awareness is growing,the number of people taking part in physical exercise is also increasing,but the scientific level of exercise is not high. With the methods of literature,investigation and test,the paper studies to construct a safe and effective system of scientific fitness guidance according to the characteristics of mass fitness in Heilongjiang province. Starting with the exercise mode,time,intensity,frequency and notices,it suggests the corresponding guidelines to meet the multi-level fitness needs of different groups. At the same time,to further deepen the practical significance of scientific fitness is not only to ensure the safety of mass fitness,but also to highlight the technical level and effectiveness of scientific fitness guidance. The purpose is to provide a technical reference for further enriching the system of scientific fitness methods.
