摘要
当前,随着公安改革的全面深化,警务模式逐步向主动型、数据型、集约型转变,公安机关对视频数据的应用提出了更高的要求。为此,苏州市吴江区公安局立足于基层立体化信息化社会治安防控体系建设,成功构建了基于"泛卡口"的视频大数据平台,有力支撑了各警种业务的深度应用,取得了显著成效。
At present, with the deepening of the reoform of public security, the police mode gradually changes to the active, data-based and intensive mode, and the public security organs put forward higher requirements for the application of video data. Therefore, the public security bureau of Wujiang district of Suzhou built a three-dimensional and informationized public security and crime prevention system. Video image analysis system based on generic crossroads is successfully built. The system strongly supports of the deep application of police service and has achieved remarkable results.
