摘要 由于继电器机械特性,磁保持继电器开关接点开闭与线圈信号间的时间差会发生变化,影响过零投切产生投切涌流和电弧。提出了一种用于智能电容器的同步开关自修正过零投切算法,计算磁保持继电器开关接点开闭与线圈信号间的时间差,根据时间差及过零投切算法控制磁保持继电器过零投切。试验结果表明,经过过零自修正之后同步开关投切可以大大提高电容器过零投切的准确度,实现电容器无涌流投入、无电弧分断。 Due to the mechanical characteristics of the relay, the time difference between the opening and closing of the magnetic latching relay connection point and the coil signal may be varient, it affects the zero-cross-switching to produce the current and the arc. This paper puts forward an algorithm for self correction of zero-crossing-switching of synchronous switch applying for intelligent capacitor. It calculates the time difference between the opening and closing of the magnetic latching relay connection point and the coil signal. It controls the zero-crossing-switching according to the time difference and zero-crossing-switching control algorithm of magnetic latching relay. The test result proves that the accuracy of the capacitor zero-crossing-switching can be improved greatly by zero-self-correction of synchronous switch, and the capacitor can be connected without current and disconnected without arc.
