摘要
在数控机床故障维修中,PLC的应用受到广泛关注与重视,可以作为NC与机床之间的衔接桥梁,不仅能够接受NC的控制指令,还可以按照机床的控制信号,对内部程序的顺序进行分析,为机床下发指令,以便于实施电磁阀结构、继电器结构、指示灯结构的控制工作,并为NC发送状态信号数据信息,及时发现其中存在的问题,采取有效措施解决问题,提升机床故障维修效果。
The application of PLC in NC machine tool fault maintenance has been paid more and more attention. It can be used as a bridge between NC and machine tool, and can not only accept NC control instructions. According to the control signal of the machine tool, the sequence of the internal program can be analyzed, and instructions can be issued for the machine tool, so as to implement the control work of the structure of the solenoid valve, the structure of the relay and the structure of the indicator lamp, and send the status signal data information for NC, find out the existing problems in time, take effective measures to solve the problem, and improve the machine tool fault maintenance effect.
