摘要
随着"节能减排"的思想注入到建筑行业,装配式建筑的应用和推广逐渐受到国家政策的关注和扶持。目前我国主要的装配式建筑形式有:预制混凝土装配式、钢结构建筑、木制装配式建筑,文章中主要介绍目前关注比较高的PC建筑。文章基于中西部地区装配式建筑的现状,参考其他地区在政策保障、产业扶持上的投入,并提出相应的对策,为中西部地区装配式建筑发展提供决策依据。
With the idea of ＂energy saving and emission reduction＂ into the construction industry, the application and promotion of assembly architecture have gradually attracted the attention and support of the national policy. At present, the main types of fabri-cated buildings in China are： Precast concrete assembly, steel structure and wood fabricated building. In this article, we mainly in-troduce the PC buildings with high concern. Based on the current situation of the assembly buildings in the Midwest area, this paper refers to other areas^ input in policy support and industrial support, and puts forward corresponding countermeasures, so as to pro-vide decision-making basis for the development of assembly buildings in the Midwest area.
