摘要 配电网需要具备一定抵御台风、暴雨和泥石流等自然灾害并尽快恢复正常供电的特性,分布式电源(distributed generation,DG)等反负荷特性终端的接入可以使配电网抗灾害特性显著提高,为此,提出了一种含DG配电网的抗灾害特性评估方法。首先基于台风风场模型建立了配电网灾害影响模型;然后考虑DG出力特性,建立了以匹配重要负荷供电需求为目标的负荷特性计算模型,给出了含DG配电网抗灾害能力指标计算方法和评估具体流程;最后,通过实际算例验证了所提方法的有效性。 The power distribution network should have anti-disaster characteristic such as typhoon,rainstorm and debris flow,and recovering normal power supply as soon as possible. Accessing of anti-load characteristic terminals such as distributed generation( DG) can improve anti-disaster characteristic of the power distribution network. Therefore,the paper presents a kind of evaluation method for anti-disaster characteristic of the power distribution network with DG. It firstly builds a model for disaster's influence based on typhoon field model. Then considering DC output characteristic,it establishes a calculation model for load characteristic regarding matching important load power supply requirement as the objective and presents the calculation method for anti-disaster ability indicator and evaluation process. Finally,it verifies effectiveness of the proposed method based on actual examples.
