未来上海要继续保持工业经济增长势头,逐步形成符合国际大都市特点、与未来上海全球城市功能相适应的工业发展模式。在推进举措上,必须长短结合、舆论宣传与项目推进相结合、招商引资与防止企业外流相结合,尤其要学习浙江发展实体经济的经验,培育扶持一批上海本土的实体经济企业家。
In the future, Shanghai should continue to maintain the growth meconomic growth,gradually form an industrial development mode that conforms to the characteristics of international metropolis and adapt to the functions of Shanghai as the global city in the future.When it comes to the promote measures,we must combine the long and short combination, the publicity of public opinion and the promotion of the project,attract investment and prevent the outflow of enterprises, especially learn from the experience of developing the rfoster a number of Shanghai local economic entrepreneurs.
