摘要 某660MW超超临界煤粉锅炉投产后存在排烟温度高,左右侧水冷壁温度偏差大等影响机组安全经济运行的问题,通过开展相关试验,从摸底测试、锅炉安全性、锅炉经济性3个方面进行分析优化调整,制定出不同负荷工况段下锅炉主要运行参数的控制推荐表以此来指导机组运行,收到良好效果,锅炉左右侧水冷壁温度趋于均匀,调整前后同一负荷下,排烟温度降低10℃~15℃。 After the operation,a 660MW ultra supercritical pulverized coal boiler has the problems affectingthe safe and economical operation of the units,such as high exhaust gas temperature,large temperature devia?tion of the water wall on the left and right side. By carrying out related tests,analyzing and adjusting fromthe placement test,the safety and economics of the boiler,the recommended table of the boiler's main operat?ing parameters control under different load conditions is worked out to guide the operation of the units,andgood results are obtained. The temperature of the boiler water wall of the left and right sides tends to beeven;the temperature of the exhaust gas is reduced by 10℃~15℃after adjusting the same load.
