摘要
玉米单倍体加倍技术作为DH育种中的关键技术之一,能够显著加快玉米育种进程。在单倍体加倍技术中如何高效率加倍已成为关键性因素。主要对获得玉米单倍体的方法、玉米单倍体的鉴定、单倍体加倍技术进行综述,并对今后单倍体加倍技术的进一步研究进行了展望。
Maize haploid doubling is one of the key technologies in DH breeding, which can significantly accelerate the process of maize haploid breeding. How to double the efficiency of haploid technology as a key factor determines whether it can be widely used in breeding practice. In this paper, the methods of obtaining maize haploid, the identification of maize haploid and haploid doubling technology are reviewed mainly, and the future research on haploid doubling technology is prospected.
