摘要
空车调整计划是铁路车流工作的重要组成部分,也是做好铁路围绕市场货运组织改革的重中之重。首先介绍了空车调整问题的背景与产生原因。之后建立了以铁路营业收入最大为目标的数学模型,并考虑装车站空车需求时间窗要素,从而使所建立的数学模型更加契合铁路运输市场需求,更能适应铁路部门的货运组织改革。
Empty wagons distribution is an important part ofadjustment of railway car flow. First of all, introduce thebackground and the generation reason of empty wagons distri-bution. Build the mathematical model which goal is maximizethe business income of railway department and consider thefactor of time window which is car loading station＇s needs ofempty car. So, it will make the mathematical model more fitthe railway transport market demand and more suitable for thereform of railway freight organization.
