摘要
通过制定合理的工艺流程,在天然气三甘醇脱水装置中采用了新型高效全焊接板式热交换器取代传统的管壳式或焊接板式贫-富液热交换器,在大幅度提高传热效率的同时,也达到了减小占地空间,降低脱水装置的能耗、操作费用及总投资的改造目的。
In the triethylene glycol dehydration unit of natural gas,through making process reasonably,using new type of all welded plate heat exchanger to replace the traditional tube-shell type heat exchanger between the rich and the poor fluid can greatly improve the heat transfer efficiency,reduce cover an area of space,and reduce energy consumption of dehydration unit of investment,operation cost and total investment.
