为推动国神公司煤炭产业持续发展,国神公司实施煤电一体化改革,三道沟煤矿由原神东专业化管理划转为国神公司管理。通过认真分析管理权移交后煤矿主要业务变化内容,总结变化后采取的措施及开展的管理创新工作,为矿井下一步的运营提供有力支持。
In order to promote the sustainable development of coal industry,the reform of coal electricity integration in Shenhua Guoshen Group was carried out,and the management power of Sandaogou Coal Mine was transferred from Shendong Group to Shenhua Guoshen Group. By analyzing the changes in the coal mine main business after the transfer of management power,the measures and management innovation after transformation were summarized,which can provide strong support for the next operation of the coal mine.
