摘要
通过改造CONFLOW乳化液混合器和控制软件,构成一种新的全自动乳化液矫正系统。该系统不但可以根据输入目标的浓度自动配制相应浓度值的乳化液,实现配液的自动启停控制,还可以在线检测液箱内乳化液的浓度,实现对液箱内浓度不合格乳化液执行自动矫正功能,保证井下乳化液介质浓度满足要求。
Through the modification of CONFLOW emulsion mixer and control software,a new automatic emulsion correction system is developed. The system can not only automatically prepare the emulsion of the corresponding concentration according to the concentration of the input target,and realize the automatic control of the liquid distribution,can also detect the emulsion concentration in liquid box online,perform automatic correction function to the concentration of unqualified emulsion in liquid box,and ensure the emulsion concentration meet the requirements.
