摘要
目的探讨SP结合PBL教学模式在消化内科临床见习课中的应用效果。方法选取2014级五年制临床专业学生72名,随机分为实验组和对照组,实验组采用标准化患者(SP)结合以问题为中心(PBL)的教学模式,而对照组则采用传统的PBL教学模式。结果将实验组和对照组见习学习效果进行比较,SP结合PBL教学模式优于单纯PBL教学模式,实验组学生对SP结合PBL教学模式的教学满意度及对自身能力提高的评价均高于对照组。结论 SP结合PBL教学模式可以提升消化内科见习课的见习效果,值得进一步推广和研究。
Objective To explore the application effect of SP combined with PBL teaching mode in the clinical course of digestive medicine. Methods A five-year clinical professional students of grade 2014,72 cases were randomly divided into experimental group and control group,experimental group using standardized patients (standanlizcd patient,SP) combined with centering on the problem (problem-based learning,PBI company) of the teaching mode,and the control group,the use of traditional PBL teaching mode. Results The experimental group and control group trainee study effect comparison,SP combined with PBL teaching mode is superior to the pure PBL teaching mode,the experimental group students for the teaching of PBL teaching mode which combines SP satisfaction and evaluation of their own ability to improve are higher than the control group. Conclusion SP combined with PBL teaching mode can improve the learning effect of the course of internal medicine, which deserves further promotion and research.
