摘要
[目的]复配一种有效的灭治白蚁药剂。[方法]通过药膜法测定氯化铜、茚虫威及其不同配比对黄胸散白蚁的毒力。[结果]茚虫威对黄胸散白蚁的毒力,72 h时LC_(50)为203.8 g/L,96 h时LC_(50)为56.1 g/L。氯化铜对黄胸散白蚁的毒力,72 h时LC_(50)为8.7 g/L,96 h时LC_(50)为7.0 g/L。在氯化铜与茚虫威的配比为5∶1条件下,72 h时LC_(50)为2.8 g/L,共毒系数为367.9;96 h时LC_(50)为1.8 g/L,共毒系数为455.3,增效明显。[结论]氯化铜对黄胸散白蚁的毒性比茚虫威大。氯化铜与茚虫威的配比为5∶1条件下,增效明显。
[ Objective] The aim was to compound a new type of effective pesticide for termite control. [Method] We determined the toxicity of copper chloride,indoxacarb and different ratio of them through the filter paper. [Result] The LC50 values of indoxacarb against Reticulitermes flav- iceps were 203. 8 g/L at 72 h and 56. 1 g/L at 96 h,respectively . The LC50 values of copper chloride against Reticulitermes flaviceps were 8 .7 g /L at 72 h and 7.0 g/L at 96 h,respectively. The LC50 values were 2. 8 g/L at 72 h and 1. 8 g/L at 96 h when the ratio of copper chloride and indox-acarb was 5 1 ,and the co-toxicity coefficients were 369.7 and 455. 3 Respectively. [ Conclusion] Copper chloride is more toxic than indoxacarb to Reticulitermes flaviceps. The efficiency is the most when the ratio of copper chloride and indoxacarb is 5: 1.
