摘要
目的:完善医联体发展体系,增进全民健康水平。方法:根据有关资料分析医联体发展中仍然存在诸多难题,寻求解决方法。结果:缺乏系统的管理架构、基层"接不住"的问题突出、资源共享机制不健全、"利益分配"格局不完善等因素共同制约了医联体健康有序发展。结论:强化管理机制、大力推行分级诊疗、强化内部资源共享、推广家庭医生签约模式成为医联体发展的重要方向。
Objective:Improve the medical consortium development system and promote the health of all the people. Methods:Analyze the problems that remain in the development of medical consortium,to find a solution. Results:Lack of systematic management structure,inadequate service capacity of grassroots organizations,imperfect resource sharing mechanism and profit distribution pattern have all restricted the healthy and orderly development of the medical consortium. Conclusion:Strengthening management mechanism,vigorously carrying out hierarchical medical system,strengthening internal resource sharing and implementing family doctor contract model will become important directions for the further development of medical consortium.
