摘要
总结可用于3D打印脊柱椎间融合器各种材料的研究现状并展望其未来发展方向。作者通过检索Pub Med数据库、中国知网数据库(CNKI)以及中国生物医学文献服务系统(Sino Med)中2000年至2016年国内外发表有关3D打印技术在脊柱外科植入物应用的文献。目前,已经用于制备椎间融合器的3D打印材料主要包括金属类(以钛为主)、非金属类。以上材料制作的3D打印骨科植入物部分已应用于临床,但椎间融合器的研发及应用鲜有报道,其安全性及术后长期相关并发症、相关法规等问题尚待解决。3D打印技术能够让脊柱植入物手术更加精细、更加准确并且更加安全可靠,能够提供个性化定制的椎间融合器。随着材料学、3D以及4D打印技术的迅猛发展,更多的多维打印椎间融合器及其他体内植入物将会被研发并应用于临床。
To summarize the current research status and fliture development trend of various materials could be used in 3D printing spine intervertebral fusion cage. The author through the retrieval of PubMed database, CNKI and SinoMed in 2000 to 2016 published at home and abroad literature about 3D printing technology in spinal surgical implant applica-tions. At present, those that have been used for the preparation of intervertebral fusion 3D printing materials mainly include metal (the mainly are titanium and its alloys) and the nonmetal. Some of 3D printing materials in the Department of orthopedics above have been used in clinic, but the intervertebral fusion cage * s development and application are rarely reported, and the safety and long-term postoperative complications related to the observation, the relevant laws and regu-lations and other issues remain to be solved. 3D printing technology can make spinal implant surgery more precise, more accurate and more safe and reliable, it can provide customized intervertebral fusion cage for the patient. With the rapid development of material major, 3D and 4D printing technology, the more multidimensional print implants will be de-veloped and applied to clinical intervertebral fusion.
