摘要
青霉素类抗生素是临床常用的抗菌药物,过敏反应尤其是过敏性休克是其最主要的不良反应。母核降解产生的主要抗原决定簇和次要抗原决定簇是青霉素类抗生素发生过敏的基础,部分青霉素类抗生素的侧链抗原决定簇也可诱导过敏反应。母核和侧链结构的相似可导致青霉素类抗生素间发生完全或部分交叉反应。了解青霉素类抗生素过敏的流行病学现状,探讨交叉过敏的分子机制,可提高医务人员对青霉素过敏的认知,防止错误弃用青霉素以及滥用其他类型抗生素。
Penicillin antibiotics are the most common antibacterials,while anaphylaxis,especially allergic shock is the most common adverse reaction. The production of major antigenic determinant and minor antigenic determinant from penicillin are the basis of anaphylaxis. Side chains antigenic determinant of some penicillins can lead to anaphylaxis. Complete or partial cross-reactions may exist between penicillins with similar nucleus or side chains. Investigating the epidemiology of penicillins and analyzing the mechanism of cross reactions,can help to improve the knowledge of penicillin allergy reactions,in order to prevent the abuse of other types of antibiotics and erroneous discard of penicillin.
