摘要
高性能水泥基陶粒吸音材料是以陶粒为轻骨料,水泥为胶凝材料,辅以纤维和减水剂等技术混合而成,它可实现强度、耐久、防腐、防火等多项功能,特别适合用于地铁、隧道等特殊环境。研究表明:取40%~30%粗陶粒(粒径6~8 mm)与60%~70%的细陶粒(粒径1~4 mm)技术拌合,再与水泥按6∶4的配合比,取水灰比为0.19,添加1.2%减水剂,0.3%纤维,可配置密度在1 200~1 400 kg/m3,28 d抗压强度≥8 MPa,28 d抗折强度≥2 MPa,抗冻级达F200,燃烧性能达A1级,降噪系数超过0.6的高性能吸声材料。
A high performance cement-based sound absorbing material is made by technically mixing and stirring with ceramsite as lightweight aggregate,cement as cementing material,and supplementing fiber and water reducing agent. It has advantages in strength,durability,antiseptic and fire prevention,and it is suitable for special environments such as subway and tunnel. The research results show that mixing 40% - 30% coarse ceramsite(diameter of particles between 6 mm -8 mm) with 60% - 70% fine granules(diameter of particles between 2 mm - 4 mm),adding cement by the proportion of 6 ∶ 4,taking water cement ratio as 0. 19 and adding 1. 2% water reducing agent and 0. 3% fiber can produce a high performance sound absorbing material,of which density ranges from 1 200 kg/m3 to 1 300 kg/m3,28 days compressive strength is more than 8 MPa,frost resistance grade reaches F200,combustion performance achieves A1 level and noise reduction coefficient is more than 0. 6.
