摘要
主要对某金矿石进行了选矿试验研究。试验针对矿石性质,通过磨矿细度试验、药剂配比、药剂用量及浮选浓度条件的试验,确定了该矿选别的最佳操作条件。在此基础上,进行了重选、一粗、二精、一扫的实验室闭路试验,可获得重精金品位44.98g/t,浮精金品位32.19g/t,总回收率90.88%。该金矿石中的绝大部分金矿适合用浮选法进行回收。
Experimental study about mineral processing was done for a gold ore.The optimum operating conditions for the selection of the ore were determined by the tests of the fineness of the grinding,the ratio of the drug,the dosage of the drug and the flotation concentration.On this basis,the laboratory closed circuit test of reselection and one roughing,one scavenging and two cleanings had been done,and the reselection gold grade of 44.98 g/t,the floatation gold grade of 32.19 g/t,the total recovery rate of 90.88%had been gained.The vast majority of gold in the gold ore is suitable for recovery by flotation.
