摘要 为满足需要全天候定时定点发布航空气象报文的民用航空气象从业人员的特殊应用需求,开发出了一种结合人体感应状态探测、报文发布状态监控以及声光语音告警的综合监控系统。该系统基于红外探测技术、单片机技术以及计算机编程技术,可通过探测人员工作状态和解码航空气象报文内容信息来判断报文发送状态。由于可以自动调用后台告警模块进行告警,本文系统是一种可监控整个报文发送过程的综合监控告警系统。 To meet the special application demands of civil aviation meteorologists who need to send aeronautical meteorological information periodically at all-weather time,a comprehensive monitoring and alarming system which has the functions of human body state detection,meteorological information release status monitoring and sound-light and voice alarming is developed.The system is based on infrared detection technology,microcontroller technology and computer programming technology.It can judge information sending state by detecting the working status of related personnel and decoding the contents of aeronautical information.Because the system can automatically call its backstage alarming molecule to alarm,it is a comprehensive monitoring and alarming system which can monitor the whole information sending process.
