摘要
利用咖啡碳纤维和木棉纤维特性,研发14.6 tex咖啡碳/木棉55/45抗菌保暖多功能混纺浅灰针织纱。文章介绍了纱线纤维性能指标,设计纱线纺制方案。根据纱线特性,探讨咖啡碳/木棉纤维预处理及开清棉、梳棉、并条、粗纱、细纱工序的工艺设计,经实践优化工艺参数,成功研制出断裂强度、质量偏差、粗细节及条干均匀度符合质量要求的纱线。
Through using coffee carbon fiber and kapok fiber, the two complement each other andadopting mature technology spinning equipment, the paper developed the 14- 6tex coffee carbon / kapok55 / 45 antibacterial multifunctional warm blended gray knitting yarn. This article introduced the yarn fiberperformance index, also designed the project scheme of yarn spinning. In the mean time, according tomaterial properties, the paper discussed the process design principle on coffee carbon / kapok fiberpretreatment as well as pure cotton, carding, drawing, roving and spinning as well. As a result, thearticle optimized process parameters by practicing, and finally, the yarn was developed successfully,fracture strength, weight deviation, hick and thin sections number as well as t test index indicated that:yarn quality met the requirements.
